Delicious food and great service. Host was very friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some free hummus to try. Lots of good vegetarian options. Will definitely be back!

Mezze never misses! The Pink Sultan dip was so refreshing, and the crispy calamari was cooked perfectly. The grilled salmon and branzino were both super flavorful — loved them with the mashed potatoes and veggies. Plus, the Turkish sodas were such a fun touch. Beautiful outdoor seating too, perfect summer vibes!

Had an incredible meal at this unassuming new Turkish takeout spot. We kicked things off with two standout dips — the cacık, a creamy, garlicky yogurt dip reminiscent of tzatziki, and the Pink Sultan, a vibrant beet dip that was both visually stunning and delicious. The hummus was silky smooth, and the Philly spinach and feta spring rolls were perfectly crispy, packed with flavor. Honestly, I could’ve made a meal out of just the dips alone. But why stop there? We went all in with a chicken gyro wrap, a mouthwatering dish of gyro meat smothered in a rich, savory sauce, and a mixed grill platter that gave us a taste of all the meats. Mezze Mediterranean Grill is exactly what East Setauket needed—a top-tier Turkish/Mediterranean spot serving fresh, high-quality food. Everything is made to order, and they use halal meat, which adds to the authenticity and quality of their dishes. The cold mezzes were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and the perfect way to start the meal. Their dinner platters were outstanding, with generous portions that make them a great value. From the fresh ingredients to the incredible flavors, Mezze Mediterranean Grill has definitely earned a spot as a go-to restaurant for me. Can’t wait to come back!
