How this place hasn't yet exploded in popularity is beyond me. Went for breakfast at 11 on a Sunday and there was no wait. The food was so tasty and more than reasonably priced. Photo is of the Sloppy Farmer (Tater tots topped with peppers, onions, eggs (your way - chose scrambled), choice of bacon, chorizo, or breakfast sausage (chose chorizo), and a Mexican cheese blend. They also provided their own homemade salsa verde sauce (delicious) and a spicy sauce (I'm not a big spicy guy). Eggs over easy were good, everything was hot, and their breakfast sausage had a great crisp on skin. We're definitely returning to try lunch and dinner - but will we pick Mexican or Italē? 😉

Our new “go to” for take out! The restaurant while small, is very inviting! The food is fantastic! 5⭐️delicious! We have an elderly dog that cannot be left home alone, so unable to dine inside, but everything is packed well for home dining. Wonderful friendly staff as well! 🎉🪇🪅

Stumbled here when they first opened and immediately hoped they’d be here to stay. Not sure why my boyfriend and I haven’t come here a lot more, but we plan to!! Especially since the diner we used to frequent just hasn’t been as good lately. Twice have we eaten here and both times it was nothing short of amazing. The first time I got the waffle with berries and whip and it was THE best waffle I’ve ever had at a breakfast place. Today, I ordered the hash and eggs which came with homemade corned beef hash, homefries or shredded potato hashbrowns (I got the hashbrowns) 2 eggs your way and toast. $15 and I left with plenty of leftovers to reheat tomorrow morning. I never write reviews but had such a great meal at this place today and felt like I needed to share. A group of us got huevos rancheros, a burger, breakfast burrito, a quesadilla and an egg sandwich. Everything was super tasty, well seasoned, and prepared with obvious care. Our table was comfortable and there was a good vibe. Prices were reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

Server was friendly, place is clean. service is as slow as molasses and food was cold! Rice: cold, hard and dry! Black beans cold like they just came out of a can! Empanada, cold no cheese of any kind inside! FYI empanadas usually filled with cheese and meat or fish and baked with red or green sauce!!! This is not authentic Mexican, sorry for this review but our experience was a total disappointment! Los Mariachi in Wallingford is our go to for real authentic Mexican! So sorry we strayed!
