Mexico Lindo

The steak is a bit tough but the chicken is very good! I paid $15 bucks for 4 tacos and a drink. It's a bit expensive but very good chicken tacos

The Mexican-styled Eggs breakfast is not only delicious, but almost more than I can eat in one sitting, at a great price! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick. The restaurant is very spacious and clean, and they clearly have a strong customer base from all this. My go-to Mexican restaurant in this area!

Chilaquiles never had with Steak and Eggs was good

Oh man, this is a good one. I've been here a few times and always want to go back. I've had other people in my group order the burritos, and they love them. I love the fried tacos. I want to try other things, but these are amazing. Crunchy, not oily or greasy, fresh lettuce, tomato, and cheese on top, can't beat it. The sauces come in 3 flavors- "medium" on the left (habenero and pineapple slightly sweat and delayed heat), "hot" in the middle (jalapeño), and "very hot" on the right (my favorite, a hot dry pepper sauce). As a side note, you don't get chips and salsa, but this is huge.

Mexico Lindo seems to be Raefords best-kept secret! There are so many Mexican restaurants that have opened up recently, they all seem to blend in together. Mexico Lindo is the only establishment that has surpassed expectations. It's a small business that radiates passion and hard work, evident in every dish served. You can tell how much hard work and love was put into the food. Next time you are in town, skip the big chain Mexican restaurant and come here instead.
