Everyone Was AWESOME! & I Mean Everyone From Ms. Nancy @ The Front Desk Down To The Security Guard! I Had Multiple Questions & Not One Time Was I Made To Feel Insignificant Or Dumb Or If They Had Something Better To Do. I Haven't Been To A Library In Years After Today's Experience I Do Want To Go Back, Thank You Again!!

This is such a gem! They had so many books to choose from in the topic I was interested in, the librarian was so patient and helpful, the place was big and clean and just overall a joy. Will definitely be back many times!

Nice, clean quiet Library, plenty of computer space. Nice kids story time room. They have an area for teens and kids. Parking is easy They have a quiet rooms for you to read or have meetings. It looks great and the rooms are so much bigger. The staff and security guard were nice and the librarians were informative. They have drink and snacks machines. Grab a book and relax at Metropolitan Library.

The library itself is fine, but the staff need clearer customer service training. I received conflicting information about library card eligibility and felt dismissed instead of helped.

Great library. Good staff. Helpful to the community. Always busy with people and events.
