Metropolis

Came here for brunch and enjoyed the french toast, the kale and bussels salad, and the breakfast plate. The over-easy eggs were very slightly overdone and the hash brown portion was a bit small, but everything was delicious!!

A great place with great food. Food arrived quickly and service was very good. Flavors were balanced and expressed well. My rigatoni was slightly spicy and great with the cheese. I absolutely loved the chocolate pudding, not overtly sweet like many deserts, and with a great texture of a crunchy outside and a soft inside. Everything was perfect, from the food, service, and atmosphere (outside). One thing to note is this is definitely a higher end establishment which you might not pick up on from the relaxed atmosphere, so wallets beware.

Excellent restaurant! The service from the waitress—Colombian, very kind and polite—was outstanding. Many in this area could learn from her. The food was delicious: I highly recommend the pasta with ragù and the risotto. Just one tip for the owners: add cherry tomatoes to the bruschetta and you’ll see it fly! Everything else was perfect. Totally recommended.

Oh my gosh! What a wonderful dining experience! We couldn’t get into a Spanish restaurant on a Friday night, and randomly found Metropolis. Of course, we did not have a reservation, but the host was very kind. They took time and looked into their booking system, checking in with other staff and made us feel welcomed. They were accommodating and sat us at a bar. The bartender knew their drinks and food well. They were also very attentive to their guests’ needs. We enjoyed our food very much as they were fresh and tasty. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal on our last night in Boston! Highly recommended!!!

Cozy, intimate ambiance and super yummy food and cocktails. For spicy margarita lovers, their's packs a punch. I've only been here for dinner but each time was wonderful and I look forward to going back.
