Excelente Costumer Service performed by Diego and Dovica. She was simply great always pending of every detail. Diego always made best Mojitos in Miami and also has an excellent customer service manner he is pending of every detail I was asking for. I looking forward to always return.Definitely a 100 % recommended

Automatic tip so waitresse gets lost doesn't check up on you. Drinks are cheaper than competition around so that's good. Food was a mixed review had platinum stuffed repair rieja which was cold but plantain was fresh which is good.

I visited this restaurant not long ago. This place is great, not only they have a friendly and professional staff, their food is amazing. I also loved the atmosphere, the decoration and the designs on the walls give you a 60s vibes. The outside has a large bar and seating area from which you can easily enjoy the live music playing from the stage of the mall in close proximity. I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't regret eating here, oh one more thing, the food portions are enormous 😍

Our waitress Laurita Fernandez provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and highly professional, making sure our table was comfortable and well taken care of at all times. She had excellent knowledge of the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and ensured our orders were accurate and timely. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers truly enhanced our dining experience. Because of her outstanding service, we will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others.

Miami has countless places to enjoy a great meal, but none compare to Metropol. I visit at least once a month and always have a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptional—warm, attentive, and welcoming—especially Janu. Every time I dine here, I truly feel like part of the family. I would also add a shout out to the kitchen staff, I like the food from this location more than the locations in PR (which is also good), but the seasoning here is ALWAYS on point.
