Metroplace Cafe in Vienna is one of those under-the-radar spots that delivers. When I say under-the-radar, I mean it. I have lived in the area and commuted past this office building for 30 years and never knew it had a cafe. If it wasn't for the recommendation of a friend, I still wouldn't know about it. It’s a no-frills deli that kinda reminds me of a school cafeteria but with a surprisingly wide menu and seriously good prices. They even have some Korean dishes. We tried the reuben, the cheesesteak, and the California chicken panini — all freshly made and really solid. Nothing fancy, just honest, tasty food. This place is a hidden gem! The food is made from scratch. The owner offers an outstanding customer service and the food is excellent. Ask her about her homemade sauces to compliment your food! Let me tell you, you don't know churros until you eat churros here!

Delicious, clean, fresh food at an affordable price. I go here once a week and look forward to it each time. I recommend the bulgogi bowl or the tex mex wrap! They’re also great about making requests or modifications!

Great hidden gem across from Dunn Loring Metro. Fresh salad and sandwiches, hot & cold. Soup in the winter. I've tried a few things across the menu, but I have my favorites: chicken veggie soup, turkey club, steak & cheese, crispy chicken cutlet sandwich. Most sandwiches can get made as wraps. I have been coming to this place for years, the food is consistently tasty & fresh, made before your eyes if you stay by the counter. This place has remained open for takeout of breakfast and lunch during this COVID-19 fiasco. Great folks that deserve our local support. Definitely recommend!

I had the Ruben and Bulgogi bowl, it was delicious! One of the better Ruben and Bulgogi bowl was awesome. I highly recommend Metro Cafe. Hidden gem.
