Metro Diner

When I visit here I always go to Metro Diner. I don’t know what happened this was the worse breakfast I had ever had before. The grits were runny my scrambled eggs tasted like bacon and clearly was cooked in bacon grease disgusting. The only thing was ok was the bacon and the biscuit and I don’t even like biscuits. What a waste of money and the service wasn’t good I was bye myself and it took awhile for someone to come take my order. It was three waitresses looking at me when you should have been coming to take my order. That was just very weird don’t have to worry about me coming back for gross food. Food is too expensive not to be happy with your order clearly they need some new cooks. Too bad it will not allow me to post the breakfast I received.

The first time we went we really enjoyed out time there food was awesome service was even better overall great experience. But we went on Thursday March 5 and we got seated and our server was not very pleasant she seemed to be bothered by our presence. It seemed as she was visibly bothered by us didn't come check on us didn't ask us if we needed anything wasn't very verbal with us at all she didn't introduce herself I'm not one to complain because everyone has there days but you could tell she was visibly bothered by us this is our third time eating there and every other time has been wonderful I would hate for this experience to taint my previous experience at this restaurant. Five stars for the front-of-house manager. There was a glitch with my online order, and he handled it with professionalism and grace. I was having a rough day, and his kindness and positive attitude meant more than just fixing a small inconvenience. It truly made a difference. Great job to management.

First time there a few days ago and had the Club sandwich; a safe first dish. It was a large club. I took half if it home, and it was delicious, and the fries were hot, tasty, and crispy. Melissa was fast and friendly and the manager was there working the floor asking if everything was good. It was better than good. Going back to try something else today. Second review. I ordered too much, but no regrets. They did not skimp as every bite of Western Omelet was full of toppings. The hashbrowns were flavorful and crispy. The blueberry Belgian waffle really hit the spot with the bananas and strawberries making my day. For lack of better words this place is "fat kid heaven" when it comes to breakfast food. Very welcoming atmosphere and phenomenal food.
