The wonderful workers here are so polite and helpful. They went well out of their way to help me and explain a process that I was unfamiliar with. The manager used my situation as a teaching moment for other employees also and everyone was so kind. I’d go back to this messenger service every time

Rude employees, long waiting time, poor quality customer service. Edited to add that my review is in reference to my experience with the company overall. I was there last week and was treated very rudely by the employee I interacted with and, ultimately, was unable to have my needs met. I was rudely dismissed without explanation of what I can do to move forward, which should be a simple explanation for someone in this job post. Today, the manager I interacted with was kind and I appreciate her assistance. However, I spent more than an hour outside with 2 witnesses for a simple notarization - a process that took only a few minutes. The employee was rude from the time we signed in until we left. She never smiled and had no compassion for our situation. She gave the impression that she really didn't want to help. I had 2 special needs young men with me. She also threatened to call the police if we didn't leave because she was upset that I told her she was rude.
