Mesita Rockville Centre

Ambiance was inviting and lovely. We went during brunch so didn’t need reservations but made one anyway as we were a party of 5 just in case. There’s a small parking lot but is shared by the other businesses and usually filled. Parking was a struggle even on a Sunday where you dont pay the meters. Service was courteous and quick; he was friendly and helpful and easily reachable. Note- they take foodie card but only for parties of 3 or less. They do also have a rewards system when you input your phone number during check out. They provide free refills on soft drinks. I booked this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and overall it was a beautiful place. The ambiance was lovely and even though it was very packed, the managers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and even offered to take pictures for us, which was a really kind gesture. The food was absolutely amazing honestly, everything we ordered was delicious and worth the visit. My only issue was with the seating. When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a booth because we were a party of five and needed the space. Unfortunately, that request was completely ignored. We were seated at a table in the very back where servers were constantly passing by, making noise, and carrying plates over my father-in-law’s head, which felt uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. An

Mesita is such a cute spot with a great vibe. The service was good and our waiter gave us a free shot. My only thing is they didn’t have any of the holiday drinks they advertised. I ordered the street corn and it was delicious. The food and service were both really good, and the drinks were also amazing. I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Excellent !!!!!! The hostess always remembers us and says hi to my daughter. The servers are all polite and attentive. The food is absolutely great. Drinks are great. Mesita is definitely in regular places to eat now.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great date night spot right in the neighborhood. We started with the tropical margarita—not too sweet and super refreshing—paired with the queso fundido skillet dip, which was amazing and a must-order. For mains, my husband went with the three tacos (steak + chicken), and I had the steak fajitas, which were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Our server Julianna was fantastic—attentive, warm, and always smiling—and she topped off the night by offering RumChata shots to finish things off. Great food, great service, great vibes. We’ll definitely be back. 🌮🍹
