I found Mesa Verde Farm and Studio while searching for a place to have a little self-designed artist residency. The Canyon Cabin was a perfect spot for me to have some peace and quiet, sketch and journal. The property is a really special place with gorgeous scenery, artful structures, and kind and thoughtful hosts. It's also very close to Mesa Verde National Park. I had a very restorative and creative week, and hope I have the chance to visit again.

Stayed here to visit Mesa Verde and it was amazing, great hosts and beautiful farm. Loved the cabins and decor. Had the best time and definitely plan on staying again. Even the farm cat was special. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the fast pace life to sit back and relax and enjoy quiet life on a huge property.

If you enjoy unique, out of the way, creative places to stay this is perfect for you! My wife and I went to Dolores just to stay at this place. I had to see the glass bottle windows for myself! Nothing about this wonderful cabin, or the amazing hosts disappointed in the least. Over 1,000 miles round trip drive and I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a fantastic vacation in this gorgeous, romantic spot. We loved the views, we loved the delicious organic produce, and we loved walking the land. We really dig the tiny home movement and sustainable living. It was clear from the design of the house and our conversations with the hosts, Joanne & Bill, that they value living a beautiful, creative life and value giving back to their community. They’ve spent 20 years on their land, filling it with creative spaces for music, art, woodworking, growing and sharing food. The result of their work is really special. It felt like a privilege to be there, even for a few days.
