Mesa Latina Restaurant Zephyrhills

Went there kind of by accident (went to turn around in their parking lot and decided to go in for a meal instead of turning around to go to our original location). Best decision. I had the chicken sandwich, and my plate was clean by the time I was done, my husband had the fried pork chop and his was just as clean. Our son had the fried chicken bites, and the crispiness of the skin was incredible. But the best best part was the beef empanada. It was so incredible. We have found a new date spot. It will be well worth the 30 minute drive.

My wife and I enjoy trying new restaurants. We have been talking about trying Mesa Latina for a little while. Let me say I wish I would have tried sooner. Friendly staff. Good food, fun atmosphere. Watching the staff interact with one another, while still being prompt and makeing sure we had exceptional service. Now there was a miss communication on the food my wife ordered but was professionally handled in a timely manner. The food was so full of flavor. And while the meat was very good the rice and beans are amazing. Something so simple most places get wrong.

The food was exceptional, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made the entire evening memorable. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return! Excellent authentic puerto rican food. Thank you

Not one bad thing to say about this spot! My girlfriend and I were craving Puerto Rican food and we just googled a place near us and found this hidden gem. The place is so cute inside and we were greeted by a waitress named Addy who was beyond phenomenal. The whole atmosphere of this place gives warm family vibes. We will definitely be back! Food was also AMAZING!

We stopped here not knowing much about Puerto Rican food and WOW!!! We had the Octopus stuffed fried plantains, the salmon with sweet teriyaki and the chicken empanada! All the food was great but the Octopus was the best I have ever had! It was tender and flavorful! Adysun, aka Ady, our server was amazing and so sweet! We will come back for sure!!!!!
