I would highly suggest making the drive to a different location. Highly unprofessional, nobody there can give a straight answer instead directs you to call a different location when there is a problem. Its highly apparent they do not know how to do their job and instead we had to pay yet again for THEIR mistake. We have been trying to get our title for our trailer. They did not add lot 30 when submitting it even though on all our paperwork, it is on there. We went again and they submitted it by my husbands middle name only. Then we go back again and told “there is no title just bill of sale” which is clearly wrong, we filed for the title in the first place, title number on the bill of sale. I still have the receipt of when we paid initially, wont give our money back because its over 90 day

Wendy Ryhal is an extremely rude, argumentative and boarder line "law advising " Notary. I needed a very basic notary signature. License out, paperwork completed, i was the seller (obviously a female) the buyer was a Man ( an obvious male name.) my VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WAS IN FRONT OF HER, yet she asked me THREE TIMES IF I WAS THE BUYER OR SELLER???? Stated she could not notarize a bill of sale, AFFIRMING IT WAS ME???? All I got is WOW. UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES UNLESS YOU TAKE YOUR ATTORNEY

Wendy was awesome! Kind and courteous. Extremely helpful and quick. And a side note,. While I was there, I noticed some folks complaining while there for service. Make sure you have everything you need before you get there. If you don’t while you’re there, don’t blame the staff there and leave angry. I called them before I went there to make sure I had everything I would need. And patience is a plus. Thanks again Wendy!

Used to be a good place to get notary work done. I drove from New Castle every time just to use them. The staff changed through the years and became unfriendly and acted as if the things I needed done was an inconvenience to them. I was “read the riot act” when I went to apply for antique plates for my grandmothers car I inherited which I barely drive. I was told I better not be doing this to avoid state inspections and I better not drive it more than once a week. I own 15 vehicles. Though not an expert, I know common sense when it comes to cars.

I am very disappointed with this place. My wife and I stopped to transfer registration. My wife is dealing with brain cancer recovery and had to use a restroom.They would not i repeat not let her use restroom, which lead to a messy situation for me. This was very unexpectable. If you have a medical emergency for a bathroom at this place forget. i would go to a different notary. Those people had no compassion for her. VERY ,VERY VERY disappointed with this place... kept saying state law. When a person is dealing with cancer, there should be some exceptions..
