Menkoi Ramen House - Fayetteville

Nice little ramen shop with authentic flavors and coke products. Menu is simple with 8 ramen options, some rice dishes, and simple appetizers. Don’t expect anything specialty appetizers like Takoyaki or Taiyaki, though they do have onigiri. Ramen is surprisingly cheap at $10 a bowl and they can add on extra meat which I recommend. No pork belly style ramen it seems. Quality is on par with more expensive ramens ($15-30) and probably one of the best in Fayetteville, up there with ichikaku. Try this first before you try gohan bistro.

First off the vibes when you walk in was great and extra points for having Howl's Moving Castle playing! The staff was friendly and the food was amazing I was happy dancing while eating. The matcha cheesecake cake was delicious and I got to try the matcha crepe love it! I definitely plan on coming back when I this side of Fayetteville again.

The Spicy ramen is one of the best Ramon’s I’ve have (and I’ve been to Japan). The chief is from Japan and the owner as well… BEST RAMEN SPOT HERE 100/100 would recommend. And I leave stuffed! Don’t waste your money on other Ramon spots or Asian cuisines this is definitely the place to be! And the owner is also so lovely, it feels nice supporting people who not only make good food, but treat you with respect and kindness.

first time coming here and this place did not disappoint! this is a true hole in the wall ramen house. i got the spicy ramen and the chicken karrage. the chicken was crispy and super juicy. i can tell they used chicken thighs. they were glazed with a sweet sauce and some mayo on top. it was $7. the spicy ramen was super filling and the broth was rich and delicious. noodles had a nice chew and the pork was super tender and flavorful. i got an extra egg for 85 cents. the bowl was of ramen was only $10. all in all, $20 for a bowl of ramen and chicken that filled me up and had me leaving with a food baby. this is my new favorite ramen spot! i’ll definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

Great find! Super simple shop with delicious ramen and a GREAT price. You can do extra meat for a little over a dollar. And the pork was so soft and tasty, noodles come piping hot.
