Mendocino Farms

I’m vegetarian and though this place doesn’t have many vegetarian options but the ones we had were reallyyy good! The sandwiches were bursting with flavours! The salads are in big portions and can share between 2 to 4 people (if they’re not big eaters) The staff were very nice and they always check up on us if the food was okay. I really had a delightful meal and wished I could come back to have more! I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Located in a beautiful place, that area in San Juan Capistrano is so beautiful to spend time by yourself, with couples, or with your family. This branch location is pretty. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was so nice; they gave their opinion about the food and some suggestions also. The food was quickly delivered. All was good in temperature and presentation. I've become a fan of their sandwiches.

I wanted to leave a quick review to recognize the cashier who was working this past Friday (the 30th) around 5:30pm. He was an older gentleman — not old 🙂 — and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided such great customer service. I even told my husband while we were still in the restaurant how friendly he was, and here I am days later still thinking about what a nice experience we had. When a large group of high school students came in before their school dance, he kindly walked over to see if they had any questions about the menu and then returned to the register to help everyone efficiently. It’s rare to come across such genuinely warm service these days, and I just wanted to say thank you for making our visit such a positive one.

I’m obsessed with Mendocino Farms and literally crave it. Highly recommend the Chicken Pesto Caprese and the Lemon Chicken Farro Soup. Love that they now offer free parking for the first 45 minutes at River Street—it makes it so convenient.

Immaculately clean and a pleasure to walk into. The staff was stellar and the variety of food our party of five chose was all excellent. Best sandwiches ever. Lovely indoor and outdoor seating.
