Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We had an amazing experience here! The personal was so friendly and they helped us with what we were trying to look for (gluten/dairy/sugar free options) they had a lot of them what's amazing! Also they have fruit and chocolate and candies (not sugar free but just to know) The yogurt was so good, so yummy and I think the prices are really good too. I'll definitely come back!

"We don't do samples." Never in my life have I been to a yogurt shop that didn't let you taste something to decide. I asked the woman in the shop what happens if someone doesn't like what they got as a result. She had no reasonable or rational response. I chose to walk away. This is not a business model I will ever support. It's a shame too, bc there used to be a menchies in Lighthouse Point but it closed, so this is the closest one to where I live.

Good Pricing! Was at the Menchie’s around 10min before closure this Monday. As we made our way through the toppings the employee told us to let her know if she runs out on any topping so she will get us some new out of the back kitchen. And so she did, after cookie dough was missing. That’s so not usual for a store that closes in just a few minutes. Loved that service. She told us a little back story of Menchies and was super friendly and helpful. Also pricing is super good comparing it to the locations I’ve been that were closer to Orlando. 10/10 recommended! I’ll be back!

This lady with short hair seems to be the owner, and her attitude clearly shows that she doesn’t want to be there and that she’s tired of dealing with customers. For a long time, I had been patient and avoided writing a review, but today you earned a bad one. I’ve been a recurring customer for years, and I have never sat in one of your chairs. Today, THIS PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY , I needed to discuss something with someone for less than five minutes, and I kindly asked if I could sit outside. Her response was, “If you’re not coming in, you can’t sit.” I've just read the reviews and seems like Im not the only one. That’s why this business looks empty — not only every time I arrive, but every time I pass by. Ill drive less than 3 mins and will find a place with better vibe and service.
