Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

It has been a while since I have been here. However, the moment I walked in I remembered why I liked this establishment so much. It's inviting and bright, always clean and comfortable light atmosphere. They have a small patio with seating and on hot days it's shady. There are tons of combinations you can imagine up. Be careful your cups are weighed for pricing. With it being hot on a regular this is a good spot to grab something cooling for the family.

My son and I finally gave Menchie’s a try. It was really clean when we walked in which is a huge bonus for me. It’s self-serve then price is calculated by weight. You have about 10-12 different flavors to choose from and a good variety of toppings. There’s indoor and outdoor seating.

Not many flavors to choose from, maybe 5 total. The Chocolate tasted funny, and the cheesecake bites were warm and mushy. Associates weren't around to welcome. Didn't feel like a family establishment. Won't be visiting again.

I put in an order for a cake and it got canceled a hour later. According to the staff you can only order a cake by coming into the store and ordering it 5 days before you need it. There were no instructions about this when I ordered online. Now I’m going to have to wait 5 days for a refund lmao Just go to coldstone to avoid this stupidity

I think they are constantly closing early. Tried ordering Uber eats at 9:15pm on Saturday(they are supposed to close at 10). They canceled my order. I called and they said they closed at 9 because they were short staffed. After that they still kept their Uber eats app on. So I don’t know. Kind of annoying though. Another time we ordered Uber eats and they didn’t even fill the cups up halfway with icecream. Probably won’t order from there again
