⭐ 1 Star When we first came in, the young woman working there was welcoming and friendly — she had sample cups and bowls ready to go, and the place looked clean. I appreciated that they were open until 11:00 PM, which made it convenient for a late treat. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. About 23 minutes before closing, we tried to sit down inside, but all the chairs were stacked up. We carefully pulled down a couple to eat our frozen yogurt without bothering the young man who was cleaning nearby. Almost immediately, another employee came over looking upset that we’d done that, even though we were still well within open hours. I am an avid menchies goer and go at least once a week. Normally the teenage boys are awesome and so nice. These past few times theres been an older lady, I believe her name is amber but she was extremely rude and not friendly. Definitely makes me not want to go if she will be working due to her unfriendliness.

My daughter and I come at least once a week for yogurt. We have always had a great experience until the past couple of times. Unfortunately one particular employee named Ashley has us thinking we may try some place new. My daughter and a friend came home a couple of weeks ago (both adults) and shared their experience with me. We usually have a girls night out and go for yogurt, so this week I was with them again. We made a mistake on one of the flavors and I asked to throw it away, and she told me she’d have to charge me for it. I told her that we couldn’t eat coconut and she then reprimanded me and said next time she’d have to charge me. It was an honest mistake. She has very poor customer service skills. Industrialized, great-tasting garbage. (See image) This is the ingredients list of the product that proudly said above the dispenser handle "sweetened with stevia leaf and monk fruit". Technically correct, as you can see them listed second and third from the bottom. (Granted, those natural sweeteners are sweeter per-gram than sorbitol, so you might expect them lowerish on the ingredients list, but they're even below the "natural flavor".) Meanwhile, the sweetener sorbitol (not advertised, but only found in this ingredients list) is sitting third from the top. They appear to have taken nearly everything wholesome and good out of actual frozen yogurt and replaced it with maltodextrin, emulsifiers, and whatever else it takes to be transportable, consistent, and flavorful. Great option for frozen yogurt. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings. It is self-service and the cost is based on weight.
