Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

If I could give a zero for this place I would. I used to frequent this place. The last couple times the place has not been clean and smelled of sewage. I noticed when sampling some of their yogurts they tasted like dirty dish water. They are not cleaning the machines. The employees do not care. Someone is going to get sick. I will not be back.

I used to be a regular at this location but today was probably the worst service ever. I would understand if I came before closing, but they don’t close for another 2 hrs. I asked for more waffle chips to be made as the ones in the container were extremely stale. No attitude, and completely understood that it would require patience to receive what I asked for. What I didn’t appreciate is the fact that their friends came to the store and instead of making the waffle chips he was kissing on and chatting with his girlfriend that showed up. Idk I didn’t think I was asking for the world, but to wait 20+ minutes for 10 waffle chips (he asked how much he should make)…not cool.

My first time here but my wife seemed to be an expert lol Very clean, the employee was very nice and helpful. My first taste of frozen yogurt and I have to say it was excellent!! I’m sure the variety of delicious toppings helped!!

I’m not likely to come back to this location because The only three times I have visited this location, the air conditioning has been broken. It was a nice day outside, so I would’ve said it was OK this time because we can sit outside however there was only one table outside in their patio area and of course it was already taken. Not sure if this location just doesn’t have working AC but I feel really bad for the employees here. Poor girl was super nice but I know she has to be burning up, stuck in there.

First time in and last at this location, one of the yogurts had a piece of wood in the chocolate. 23.00 for 2 which is a little pricey to not even get to eat one. The lady at the counter was very rude right off the bat, like couldn't wait till she checked us out so she could disappear from the front to the back where she couldn't be seen. Had we not already left the location with our desserts, I'd gone back and asked for another one but we left and not even within 5 bites he bites into the wood. I'd take caution when eating here, Lucky a broken tooth or choking didn't occur.
