Closing at 5:30 pm on a Friday because of Halloween?? Since when is Halloween a holiday where a business closes early? Give me a break! No sign or anything. Drove all the way from Kirkland to get here in traffic! I guess if we decide to go here again, we will call to make sure that they’re not closing because of some other “holiday”. This is ridiculous and I hope the owner sees this and chooses not to close early next Halloween.

I usually enjoy coming to Menchie’s with my family, but the customer service at this location has been really disappointing. Today, after we paid for two cups, my son wanted to try another flavor. The young man working with a curly hair—approached me in a rude and accusatory way, asking if I planned to buy another cup. It felt completely unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since we had already paid for two cups and also planning to pay for another cup (hence, my son trying another flavor).
