Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Very disappointing experience. The staff didn’t greet customers. They were constantly chatting with each other instead of doing their job. The place was dirty inside. The strawberries were cut with leaves on them and looked unwashed. The ice cream was coming out in a strange, messy (poop) shape, as if something was broken. This is the closest location to my home, which makes the disappointment even greater.

After having lunch near here, we stopped by! Many flavors to choose from! You can be creative in many things! Some items are more sweeter than the other so choose well to build your own castle! Had a good sweet time. My vegan strawberry one was bit too sweet so perhaps cutting sugar there could be better for the planet and health. 😅

Wonderful atmosphere! We came in towards closing time and were greeted with great attitudes and helpful service from the staff. The whole store was clean and obviously well cared for. They offered us samples of the newest Percy Jackson flavor, which was great! We will definitely be back

Great location with very friendly environment and atmosphere! It was a very fun experience and show’s a lot of creativity. The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were also good. The staff was friendly and very outgoing and helpful. Only downside is lack of a lot of seating areas and that the floor seemed dirty. Overall so fun and definitely a great place to bring the whole family! Very kid friendly and there even was a chalkboard with little chairs for them to play with. 💯👍🏼

Need a new dessert spot? This is the place! We thought we might be rushed when we came in because of the busy atmosphere, but the way the employees treated us as first time guests was very welcoming! They were thoughtful in their recommendations and kept everything clearly running smoothly and tidy, which was definitely a plus! I recommend the pineapple sorbet mixed with the pistachio sauce, game changer!!!
