Oh my gracious!! We had such a great time. We were celebrating my birthday and my husband reserved a private room. The service was outstanding!! Our food was delicious. If I had one minor disappointment - they were out of my favorite bottle of wine (Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay). I ended up settling on a very nice Pinot Grigio. Our entire party had such a great time and didn't want to end...I think we closed the place down!!!! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the outdoor seating is WOW 👌. My husband and I already want to go back for a date night on the patio.

Welcome to the Ultimate Romantic Date Night. You can also have other reasons to go here, especially for the food and service. It's wonderful to find a place that you're not rushed, where you can relax and enjoy company, conversation, and an ultimate dining experience. I am a former Food & Beverage Director for a resort complex, so pleasant dining experiences always make me smile,especially in today's day and age. I made reservations and had rose petals sprinkled on the table for our arrival. That started the excellent service and attention to detail that continued throughout the evening. We recently visited for a Mom and Son day date. It was such a fun atmosphere and special moment. The food options were 6yo friendly and he enjoyed getting to make his own dinner. The chocolate was an obvious hit! He had the watermelon cooler and still has been talking about it days later. Our waiter, Eric, was very attentive and explained the whole experience to us. He made it so fun! The whole team was so kind and stopped by multiple times. Glad to have this new option in the area. We will be back.

The concept of this place is both fascinating and chaotic. First, let me say that I truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere is pretty good, including our very friendly server. I had been once before to a previous location and remember thinking to myself "this was a lot but once you get the hang of it it would be more enjoyable." We did the 4-Course option that includes a fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue. This is probably the most straightforward option, and I would say I recommend it since altogether it's not a ton of food, so the amount is pretty approachable... HOWEVER I don't remember how long our Melting Pot KC experience was and we dined at this location with it being pretty new so maybe this is not typical, but our experience was OVER THREE HOURS to get all four course
