Warm, relaxing, and upscale dining. Customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I appreciated how quickly they cleared dishes and brought out each course. It’s a busy and pricey spot, dinner for four adults runs over $300 easily.

I went to The Melting Pot for the very first time because my boyfriend wanted to take me somewhere fun and different — and it ended up being such an amazing experience! The whole night was so much fun. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and interactive, and the staff made everything super easy for a first-timer. We loved getting to cook everything together and try all the sauces. It turned into such a memorable date night, and I’m so glad he brought me here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience! 🥰🫕✨

My fiancé booked The Melting Pot for after our engagement and surprised me with the Sweetheart Package. When we arrived, there was about a 15-minute wait, which the hostess kindly explained was due to being short-staffed that evening. Once we were seated, my fiancé let our server, Anessa, know that the Sweetheart Package hadn’t been set up yet. Management quickly stepped in and went above and beyond to make it right — bringing us roses, rose petals on the table, a teddy bear, and even a complimentary bottle of wine on the house. The food was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the effort and care the staff put into making our special night memorable despite the initial hiccup. Overall, it was a great night and a beautiful way to celebrate our engagement. 💍✨

The experience we had at The Melting Pot was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and romantic, perfect for a relaxing and memorable night out. The whole fondue experience makes dinner feel interactive and fun, and it’s such a great way to spend time with the people you’re with. The service truly made the night even better. Our server, Ben, was easily a top 5 server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and explained everything perfectly, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time. The food was amazing, and we especially loved the seasoning they sell, it’s so good that we had to buy some to take home. Such a fun place so a special date night. The food was great and everything was fresh. Service was wonderful. The booths are cozy each facing away from eachother and we felt like we had the whole restaurant just to us.
