Melting Pot

My friends took me here to help cheer me after I lost my grandpa. The place was beautiful the experience was amazing. Our waitress was on top of things and walked us threw it as it was our first time visiting.

We went for our wedding anniversary ! It was delicious, server was very knowledgeable. The manager came around to check on us and even gave us a free chocolate fondue card for next time! We really enjoyed it , for special occasions it’s a perfect place to go! They also gave us an extra dessert for our anniversary!

What a lovely experience. Our server was kind and knowledgeable. Food was very good. The cocktails were very tasty. Very pricey not gonna lie but you go for the experience and it will as a good one for this first timer. My only complaint, and realistically it's a pretty big one was the dining room was filthy and I mean filthy. There were used straws in front of our table and smashed cookies and other food items all over the floor at the table next to us. With our meals and drinks for a table of 4, spending around $450 including an almost $100 tip, I expect the dining area to be better kept up. I understand there were parents that couldn't control their children and let them do what they wanted but that's no excuse to not pick up used straws next to our table before we were seated. Parents

This was my first time at The Melting Pot and I decided to come and treat my daughter to the endless fondue special. We did the Coq Au Vin and both loved it. Our favorite meat was the steak and we were stuffed after the second round. The chocolate fondue was amazing and we left feeling like we got our money’s worth! More than anything our server Natty was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable, super nice, and overall took care of us the entire dinner. We will definitely be back!

Shannon, the manager, invited us to try this location and I'm thrilled we did. I recall having been to one other fondue place in my teens or early 20s. I really expected the environment and presentation to be dated. It wasn't. There was a kind of retro vibe to the place, but it was so well done and so beautifully executed. The food was phenomenal and there were so many options. We loved that our meal included so many different things! Really, folks, consider cooking some of your entree and taking it home. Because dessert is absolutely fantastic!
