Mellow Mushroom Williamsburg

We dined at Mellow Mushroom in Colonial Williamsburg during our visit and really enjoyed the food. We grabbed lunch around 1pm on a Saturday. The pizza was really good, and the wings were just as delicious. Once service got going, the staff was friendly and made sure our needs were met. The downside was the wait. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated We were told that we would be given a text message when our table was ready. But while we were waiting we observed the staff come out and call verbally for parties by their name on the host list. We never received a text and we did not have our name called. My husband checked the link from the first text we received to review our spot in line, which showed that our table was ready but we were never called and didnt get a text prompt. So gla

The best pizza experience I have ever had. Pizza is amazing. We tried the pizza rolls and thought it was great. We loved dipping the pizza bites in the sauces. I also ordered the meatballs with tomato sauce and it reminds me of my Great Grandmother Genito's. That is very rare praise!!! Definitely Go.... I wish we had a Mellow Mushroom in Plattsburgh,NY I can't say enough how good this place is.

Nice restaurant and the food was decent. Family friendly atmosphere as well.

Amazing food got my food first and then i ate it amazing ate it so quick i got so full so delicious would recommend if you come here for a trip don’t recommend the chicken hogi long wait my fatty friend had to wait and got their food last

I have been to a few mellow mushrooms before and this experience is the worst. The food was not bad but, the lack of care from the service staff and cleanliness was awful. For a sunday night with low compacity there was trash on the tables and floor. Service staff did not seem to care as we waited 5-8 minutes to place an order for drinks. Additionally, they were not very attentive after that. Most of the cheese and red pepper shakers in our area were empty. With a 13.5% tax soon to take affect in Williamsburg for food, it is not worth it to come back.
