I got my food through Uber Eats on 12-18-2025 for the first time. First time eating from this location. I had pizza from this establishment from the Tucker GA location previously with my job they purchased several pizzas for safety achievements they were warm not hot after that experience I purchased a pizza once at the time I felt it was nothing to write home about it didn't blow my socks off I didn't return. Fast forward to this location I passed by previous and it stayed packed. I found out that they had closed for renovations and recently opened up. This is night and day as far as the quality of the food and pizza from the other location. I grew up on Pizza Hut and I was kind of skeptic about this restaurant after my other experience like why do people like this so much am I missing so

TL:DR: mistakes happen, but a restaurant should make it right. Don't pre pay! Update: I got an automated apology email and offered it offered me a boilerplate $25off coupon for my next visit. Note: I paid $70 and waited an hour for inedible half-cooked garbage! lol. They must need the $ more than I do. I arrived to pickup my pizza 10 mins early, at 615. Was told it would be ready in time. Noticed numerous issues with other pickups - delays, but by 10-15 mins max. After 20 mins, I asked where the food was and it was clear they’d forgotten. Then they had to “remake it so it was fresh”, and it had “5 mins left to cook!”. After another 15 mins, they apparently had to start over again. By that time I’d been there around 40 mins. Great tasting pizza all the time. I normally do carryout and rarely have much of a wait. Appreciate I can call it in unlike some places that make you use an app.

The service we received was truly exceptional. Our server Ellis, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. Ellis, was attentive without being intrusive, very knowledgeable about the menu, and consistently warm and professional. Their timing was spot‑on, and they anticipated what we needed before we had to ask. What stood out most was how genuinely welcoming and thoughtful they were. It made the entire meal feel special and enjoyable. This level of service isn’t something you see every day, and it reflects very positively on your team and the overall culture here. We came in for time with friends with a little bit of serious conversation. Mimi took great care of us at our table, just the right amount of attentive and did not rush us. The food was very good, pizza cooked perfectly, and who knew the peanut butter cookies were that good?! The hockey game was on for people wanting sports, the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
