Mekatos Colombian Food Truck

🌟The Arepa 🌟Criolla*Beef*Corn*Cheese. Probably the best arepa I have ever had. Loved it with the mild and medium salsa, but you really don't need any-it was so flavorful. 🤌 Beef empanadas: Small, cute, perfection. I can't wait to try the chicken. Obleas: Columbian stroopwafel 🧇 Inside is homemade caramel, blueberry and cheese. I know it sounds weird, but it was 9/10 for me. If you are adventurous with food/dessert, get it! Salpicon: fruit salad in a drink. 🍎🍓🫐. It had kind of a lime taste too. You can ask to sample it first. The owner is from Mexico, his wife is Columbian and they are working hard to be the first (that I have seen in this area) Columbian Food Truck. The prices were really good and the quality matched/exceeded my expectation.

We were just passing through St George to Zion from Los Angeles and were looking for a quick bite after passing all the regular fast food options off the freeway we saw a cute little food truck lit up with Colombian food so we tried it It was sooooo delicious I got the burger but this wasn't an average burger it was fresh and juicy and wrapped on delicious Columbia arepa bread with crispy and gooey cheese and Bacon! Was the bomb! Come ck em out

The papusas are amazing!!! The beef and the Jalapeño one are off the charts, best I've ever had! Then dipped on their spicy ranch... YUM! Check this place out!

The food is amazing! I’ve had a few different things here now and they were all so good. I think my favorite is the Colombiano hot dog.

Wonderful food and incredible service! José is very attentive and it was ready very quickly. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious!
