Just waited in hold for 2 hours to speak with someone regarding health insurance. They have canceled my market place insurance on my children by arbitrarily opening a case to see if they "qualify" for benefits. They do not, my wife and I never applied for benefits. Marketplace will not add the kids back on to the policy until we get a denial letter. It has been three months. I have never spoken with anyone from this office. The automated system continues to transfer my to Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Blue Cross and Blue Shield sends me to Marketplace and marketplace sends me back to the State of Montana automated system.
