Meat Project | Best All You Can Eat BBQ Centreville VA

We had a great experience at Meat Project in Centreville. Our server Jen was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The food was delicious. My favorite was the beef bulgogi. It was perfectly marinated and full of flavor. The corn cheese was also a hit. It was creamy, cheesy, and seriously addicting. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want great Korean BBQ with great service.

I absolutely love meat project and frequent it quite often as it’s become one of my comfort foods to eat and often I come by myself. I’ve visited several Korean bbq spots in the area after trying this one and have found I like meat project the best and won’t go to any other place. The meat quality is great, the service is great, and the sauces and sides are phenomenal. I will continue to be a loyal customer. ❤️

Came here right at opening time on Sunday to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was not helpful and basically ignored us after about 30 minutes. We waited nearly 20 minutes without any food, and several items we ordered were“not available anymore.” On top of that, they kept forgetting our orders and didn’t change out the tray. For a place that just opened for the day, this level of disorganization was unacceptable. Definitely not recommended. Worst birthday dining experience ever.

I didn’t realize that they cook the meat for you instead of you having to do it yourself, which isn’t something I’ve seen very often at KBBQ places. They had nice cuts of meat, free dessert, great sides (shout out to the steamed egg and cheese corn).
