McGregor's Blink Bonnie Supper Club

Pretty small and a first come first serve, no reservations. There is usually a line to get in, so it's best to get there early, but either way you'll be waiting for at minimum 30 - 40 min. If you don't get seated in the first round you get put on the waiting list and wait time can be about 40 minutes to a hour. Their specialty steak is very good, but from the others with us that had something other than that, said it lacked flavor and chicken was kind of dry. Staff was very nice and move fast. Their was a large group of us and they were very accommodating. That is also why this review lacks photos. For the price tho I think the sides should be bigger. Definitely a premier Supper Club. Top notch atmosphere & steaks were perfect! Hands down one of the top 3 Supper Clubs anywhere in my honest opinion.

I think my expectations were too high. The tailgating before 4:00 was fun. The service was great. I enjoyed the salad and hash browns more than the steak. It was cooked perfectly but didn't have any flavor and was very tough. The scallops were okay.

Wow. Zers. I’ve had my fair share of Wisconsin steaks like the really good one in Madison named after a Midwestern weather phenomenon, but this place hit at another level. We went on a Friday night and that turned out to be a great move. While the hordes were waiting hours for supper club and tavern fish fry, we were able to scoot into two bar seats while we waited about 35 minutes for a dining room table. This place does one thing exceptionally well — steak. I ordered the NY Strip and my wife got the filet. It came out searing flippin’ hot and was a production in of itself. Mine was cooked perfect (medium rare) and served with a salad and potato. Great place. Everyone says get there before it opens. I disagree. We got there about a half hour after they opened. Had a 2 hour wait. Place was packed. We got seats at the bar and went on to have one of my favorite WI supper club experiences as we had an old fashioned or three and met some wonderful people. I was actually a little disappointed when our table was ready. Great place.
