McDonald's

Lobby closed at 9 apparently. Ok cool. Sat in drive thru for 3 minutes till someone come on speaker. Then about another 2 minutes trying to complete my order. Pay window, the young lady didn't say a word. Took my card and had to ask for a recept. Pickup window was better. The lady was polite and had my food ready. My opinion, everyone wants a job and no one wants to work. My experience ruined it for me.

This location is the epitome of poor customer service. I stood at the register in the lobby for 5 minutes while at least 6 employees looked me in my eyes and acted as if I was Casper himself, yes, Casper the Friendly Ghost. They acted like I was invisible and waited until I had sense enough to leave. If I was the CEO, I would honestly consider ripping the name off this building or closing it because managers and the employees on their team all performed in the lowest tier today. This is truly a shameful location.

We stopped on our way home during our drive from Springfield. We went in and used the restrooms, they were relatively clean, and then through the drive-through got chicken nuggets and fries. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was served promptly and hot.

I just pulled up to this McDonald's in yazoo city they open up at 4 every morning. It's 4:38 I've sat at this speaker for 7 minutes the only car in line on this Sunday morning nobody comes to the speaker to take my order. So I just pulled up to the window it's a older lady walking back and fourth came and looked at me in my face twice didn't acknowledge me didnt come to the window and say not one word just ignored me like I'm not even there. On the internet the timing for breakfast is 4 why is it on this sunday I'm the only car in line it's almost 5 and nobody is taking orders and all I wanted was hash browns. Bad rude customer service and what makes it so bad Monday - Friday they taking orders left and right at 4 on the dot I don't know if they were short staffed this morning didn't wanna

As a former McDonald's manager. Fully staffed but couldn't get the food out. Three managers nobody wanted to take charge. I waited 30 minutes for my food. The time from start to finish three minutes and 30 seconds. Well that didn't happen.
