McDonald's

This place sucks. Im only one of 3 vehicles at the time of ordering my food, not many people inside either. And I order a sandwich and a small fry. It took 20 mins to get the food. I've worked fast food in the past, I understand when it gets busy the food might take longer. However, It doesnt take 20 mins to make a fry and a sandwich. Maybe 8 mins? 10 mins tops? Not 20 mins. I also witnessed employees sticking their gloveless fingers into people's cups/drinks and handling food with out gloves as well.

This will be the last time that I go to this McDonald's. This will be a third time I received a bad round egg on my sandwich. Considering I have to pay extra for this, when I saw green and brown spots throughout the egg, do not eat it if you see this on your egg. Stood for over 6 minutes tried to get somebody's attention just to be able to get my order that I had paid through the app.

Food was good. Prices have gotten too high. I can get a home cooked meal at a sit down restaurant for less than McDonald's now. If I'm not in a hurry this is not the food I will be paying for regularly.

It is pretty frustrating when you order your iced coffee with extra ice and cream and you get only literally five pieces of ice and the coffee with little cream. I ask for extra ice to be able to keep it cold for a bit considering I can’t just chug an iced coffee. I hate being the customer to ask to re make so this needs to be addressed to avoid a bad review.

Employees and managers worried about their food and not the customers. Allowed my food to get cold while they where having a great time, finally was able to get my food after they where confused on who's it was.
