ONE OF THE BEST MCDONALD'S IN THE WHOLE COUNTY I HAVE BEEN TO!!!! I have many videos on my YouTube channel @JMBlueNose of being here!! Would be a five star, but the only problem at all is there have been from time to time homeless people who go in sit down and nod off. That makes other's feel uncomfortable. The only thing they can do better is to have a employee check dinning area at times to make sure they are not nodding off due to being under the influence of substances. If they are then requesting them to leave. I know it is not easy with the circumstances of that. This is with the understanding of both sides as I am recovery from addiction and was homeless. I've been a patron at this McDonald's for 20+ years. Always happy service team members and fresh made to order food day or night. A very well kept and clean establishment. Abiding and accommodating. Nearly 360° parking lot and quick service for dine in or take out. Best McDonald's in kennebec county for sure.

Nov. 2, 2025 Winslow Maine Big Mac wasn't hot. They gave me the wrong receipt ( and when I went in to ask for the correct one. A manager didn't even come out) The large fri wasn't even 3/4 full. I haven't been here for over a year. Now I remember why.

If zero was an option that would be my review. Placed an order for 4 ice cream sundaes on the mobile app, checked in at the speaker, proceeded to wait in line for 12 minutes to get to the window and be told their ice cream machine was on a “cycle” and they couldn’t make our order and that we would have to cancel our order on the app. When I questioned the worker I got a “that’s what she says”. No offer to make us anything else and they were not going to refund me. So wasted twenty minutes of my life, paid for my order, and left with absolutely nothing. Now having to reach out to corporate to try to get my money back.

It’s honestly awful when you sit waiting for just 2 McDoubles for over 15 minutes in the lobby and still no one even comes over they need to work on making sure drive through and eat ins are being managed properly.
