McDonald's

It was bad enough when all the condiments from my quarter pounder where not even on my burger but all over the inside of the box. But giving my son a chicken nuggets container full of ranch that was obviously used instead of nuggets in his happy meal is beyond disgusting. The staff is eating where the food is prepped?! This is against health code and McDonald's policy. Employees clearly have no interest in doing their jobs with out stealing company time and product. This makes me wonder what else they are doing to people's food. Forgetting dipping sauce forgivable, giving used food to a 5 year old is terrible. We had to turn back around to get this squared away. The manager didnt seem to care as it was tartar sauce. She practically tossed him a new chicken nugget and walked away. No a

Asked for 2 cheese burgers, no mustard, extra onions. This is what you get. If they would stay off there phone and actually hire people that wants to work instead of just wanting to stay on their phones it would be cool. But after working 10 hours and trying to get food for a sick child just get to home and get this. Shame.

I honestly do not understand how this happens so often. It had the correct ticket but the food is always somehow messed up. Extra onions, yet not a single piece anywhere.. I can understand when it's busy. But I was 1 of 2 cars.

shout out to the store staff! We left behind a purse with driver license, a few credit cards and library card after dining in on 11/29. The store manager did excellent job to find a way to reach out to us. We really appreciate the extraordinary help!
