McDonald's

I placed a mobile pickup order and when I arrived at store, the app status changed to order is being prepared. However, the order was never served, and the store manager said he could not find the order in their system and they could not help. He told me the order could be cancelled, however there's no cancellation option since I was already in the store and the order had started being prepared. The store manager said they could not help and I should wait for order cancellation. But on my app, the order showed complete now. I don't know how it can be cancelled. By the way, the roast coffee had lots of coffee grounds inside. First time seeing coffee like this.

I've ordered from this McDonald's multiple times through DoorDash since it's the closest one to me. Usually, they make innocuous screw-ups like forgetting to add BBQ sauce. Annoying, but I'll live. At worst, they'll forget to add bacon to my quarter pounder or some other mistake with my order. Well in this case, they not only managed to get my order wrong by forgetting to add onions and bacon, they served me a completely undercooked burger. I can tolerate incompetence. Mistakes happen. And judging by the other reviews, this place is full of them. But when it comes to public health, this is gross negligence and unacceptable. I truly hope the franchisee and someone from corporate sees not only mine but the countless other shocking reviews because this is certainly no way to run a restaura

Was waiting for the library in Auburndale to open up and figured I’d have breakfast first. The manager (a kind man in orange) was so amazing in comportment! He fixed my order twice with a smile! And the ladies working were SO, SO, SO polite. I don’t have McDonald’s often, but I will make sure when I do to return. Everyone here from the manager to the cleaning crew to the cashiers were extremely pleasant. I was having a bad morning, and they really made me feel happy. God bless you all!

I had a shocking experience at the drive-thru of the Flushing McDonald’s. I ordered a hamburger sandwich and French fries, but the service and food quality were appalling. This is a McDonald’s location I frequently visit, and it holds a lot of memories for me and my daughter. McDonald’s is her favorite burger place, and we’ve shared many special moments here. That’s why this experience was even more disappointing. After some confusion about my order, the employee disappeared momentarily, and I noticed food falling from a ceiling-mounted conveyor belt onto the floor.
