McDonald's

Stopped here on a trip from Louisville, Ky to Nashville,Tn. We arrived 4 minutes before they opened and waited at the speaker for that friendly greeting, that only McDonald’s morning shift can offer. The ordering process was easy as 123.. Seeing how we utilized our app. The lady at the first window (No name badge) seemed not to be a morning person, due to the fact her sarcastic remark didn’t go unnoticed. Arriving at the second window, the greeting seemed a little forced and she didn’t really have that early McDonald enthusiasm I was looking for, and she handed Me the wrong bag. And against company policy she accepted the bag back through the window 😬 if that was your order being handed back through… how would you feel?? Other than that, the food was hot and well put together, so the cooks

I ordered the #1 meal (Big Mac Meal) and received a sloppy burger with half the meat and bread pieces upside down as shown in the attached picture. My friend ordered the exact same meal and she also received the same sloppy burger. A waste of my time!

I go to McDonald's once per year to get the filet o fish during lent. It's so bad it's good. I got my order, fish. Cold hard fries, great coffee sugar drink. I gave my dog a chunk of the fish! He spit it out smelled it turned his back and laid down. We were on a road trip at the time. Made me realize I need to re-evaluate my traditions!!

Had an order that came to $15.01.....pennies have been discontinued mind you, and I had to cancel my order because you didn't round down to the nearest 5 cents? (Ya know 2 or less round down and 4 or more round up, 3 can go either way). Sorry, but I will NEVER give you business again. How would you have given me 99 cents back if I'd given you a dollar??

I just used the men’s bathroom at 7am. The sink drain is clogged and there is a grease ring in the sink. Disgusting that the sink is in that condition at that time of the day.
