Good food today. Love the app. Makes it so easy. Don't have to fidget with your card to pay. Just order on your phone, get a number and swipe.They bring your food to you.

They can’t even get an online order right. Rude and simply bad service. I started using the app because they would get my order wrong all the time. Now with the app Its worse! Even spelled out for them with the app, they still can’t get it. It’s McDonald’s food, and I understand it’s fast food. I’m not expecting a gourmet meal but read the order so they can get it right.

Food is not like other McDonalds. It’s poor quality. The service isn’t good. The restaurant is dirty. Placing your order is an effort. It’s like these people don’t care because everyone is a tourist. I always thought McDonalds was the same no matter where you went. Not here. They’ve got to step it up.

I mean, McDonald’s. This one being open in the lobby 24/7 is great for truckers who can’t hit the drive thru anywhere they go and are sick of the same old truck stop food. Tons of truck parking and easy to walk to

Terrible service. The workers talk badly about customers in the back, they think they're getting away with it because they speak Spanish. The managers are incompetent and unfit for their positions, extremely unprofessional. The orders come out wrong. Get a grip, it isn't that hard to get the orders right.
