Just Bought a Med Coffee. Got a Cup thats a Leaker. Corp must not be checking quality of vendors product. Vendor did not use enough glue or a glue that can not take the coffee temp. What the Use of mentioning there a problem instead of a tel # i get Email BS. Great Customer Relations (Not). Lets see how long it takes to fix the issue.

More than 20 minutes in the drive thru for my mobile order because there was literally only one poor woman working the entire restaurant. I felt very bad for her. If they can’t get more than a single person to work during morning rush they should just not open. She did her best though and the food was good.

On the 28th of December, i passed by this branch and ordered some food for takeaway. Unfortunately when I reached home, my order was missing a big mac sandwich. Mistakes happen, but when I tried calling the place to inform them of this mistake, they never answered and no one picked up the phone. Maybe writing here could grab their attention. This but is the pick up order number.

I am a frequent buyer at this location, but lately the women working in the back I think her name is Kelly and every time I order from her she’s giving the wrong order and I’ve had to get a refund. Also everytime I see her she is on her phone and not working as she should be. But everyone else has been polite and thank you to the women named Kenia who helped me get my refund.

Every time, without fail, they get part of my order wrong. I ordered a Deluxe McChicken meal, they gave me just a Deluxe burger. Not even the meal. They got the other parts right but this isn't acceptable. This isn't the first time, please step it up guys
