McDonald's

I picked up food for someone else. Went inside, not familiar with the app, but was helped and didn't have to wait long. Other people were complaining and I suggested for them to contact the corporate office. They said they told the manager here and nothing has been done. That is why I told them to Google the corporate office and or go somewhere else instead of complaining, because this is not the ONLY place that serves coffee (which is what he was getting)or breakfast! There are no problems, just solutions.

i am beyond shocked with how bad the service was here. We went through the drive through just wanting some food normal, then we were charged for a buffalo ranch sause even tho they didn’t have it and that was fine nothing crazy we ask if we could just have some ranch instead or sweet n sour girl at the window said she didn’t know if we could have the sauce we paid for then the manager came back with a refund and no sause she was completely rude to us she slammed open the window and had an impolite manner the whole time then said “here, we dont have that”and started to walk off really fast and like she didn’t care in the slightest we then asked for the sause again and she seemed mored annoyed gave it to us then stormed off again so disrespectful

My fish filet was the freshest ever plenty sauce 😋 amd it has a built in lil pmllay area for kids, I haven't seen one those in a very long time

They have gotten better. When people are inside ordering they used to let you stand there and wait and not acknowledge you. Now as soon as you go in someone will ask you what would you like. So in my opinion they have gotten better.

Got a meal I believe yesterday or the day before and it was sort of what I ordered. All I didn't understand was why it showed 2 hasbrowns in the photo when you're only given one with the meal...The employee/manager was no help. It was like she didn't even know. Just told me it comes with one hashbrown. Still a good place. I eat here quite a bit even though I know I will regret it later.
