McDonald's

This place is usually pretty good. Today was serving undercooked fries. Quality of the food is better than speedy service. The manager didn't seem to care when I called to let them know.

Let me make one thing clear this is fast food! Have I worked at a fast food place well yes actually for McDonald’s for four years I should not be pulled to park to wait on a small fry and nuggets and two burgers I sat for 20 mins while y’all had your fingers up your rear I get my food fries are cold and I don’t have my nuggets you guys were wrapped my fries should have been fresh and shouldn’t have forgotten my nuggets didn’t get I’m sorry nothing maybe you should be worried about serving your customers instead of getting your drive thru times down!

Although the picture of the deer ankle “chicken tenders” is the only picture I have, it’s far from the only problem we’ve had! I understand fast food gets busy, and people make mistakes. But it’s EVERYTIME we visit. The last time I was there, we waited at spot 1 for over 25 minutes on boo buckets. My son has celiacs disease, so he can’t eat gluten, and they always mess up his order. I just hope it gets better as it’s one of the few fast food places this small town has!

This place has some significant process issues and the business practices wouldn't survive if there was more competition. Fortunately, this isnt the norm at all other 'fast' food options. This isnt a one time experience, this is *every* time. 1. No matter what you order, they make you pull into a parking spot where you wait 5-15 minutes for someone to bring it out. There will be 10 cars waiting in parking spots for their food. Traffic gets backed up because of how chaotic the exit area is. Certainly this isnt for the management to meet some fast time quota, is it? 2. They're rushing because they're 10 cars deep. It is rare for your order to be correct. usually this mcdonald’s is pretty good but today we just had an AWFUL experience here. we know that mcdonald’s can be busy and we were fine when waiting. once we got up to the window they asked us to pull into the parking spot where we ended up sitting for 15-20 minutes waiting on our food. just for said food to come out missing half our order. an entire 10 piece nugget meal was missing, and when we went in to get it, our receipt wasn’t even the correct one for our order. the lady at the counter was extremely rude and acted like we ruined her entire day by asking for food that we paid for. not to mention we ordered large fries and received all mediums. we also PAID for extra ranch and got none whatsoever. by the time we got our food and got home it was all cold. super duper frustrated bec
