I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with an attitude instead of a solution. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management takes the time to properly train staff so future customers are treated with respect and efficiency.

I just want to give credit to this gentleman who has been doing cleaning job in the morning. He wiped every single table the playground area so nice and clean and then cleaned doors. They are now shining like brand new. When we have someone taking his job seriously, no matter what he’s doing, he’s making this world a better place. And he just makes this McDonald the brightest in town this morning! Thank you!

Worst sweet ever!!! Every time i dont know why i try again and again. No sugar/flavor the right one is from here and left from Plainfield pike who does an excellent job! Big difference

I don't normally get takeout, let alone McDonald's, but I wanted to leave this five-star review for the gentleman who took my order and helped me use the McDonald's app. He was very respectful, cool, relaxed, helpful, and genuinely sounded like he enjoyed his job, so I appreciate it. It sounded like a young man. He should get a raise. The person took my order was at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6th. Hopefully that helps, so management can recognize his efforts.

Order the m double meal deal but the order taker rang in McChicken meal deal and they didn't give me the sauce for the nuggets. Then I'm given an attitude for their mistakes. Totally not even worth my time going anymore
