McDonald’s

I never leave reviews but I’ve given this location too many chances…Food is cold and tastes like it had been sitting for hours. Fries taste like they dump the whole damn bottle of salt onto them. No customer service. The buffalo sauce tasted like straight chemicals. You’re better off going to toppenish or Zillah. Food and service is trash, Would give zero stars if I could.

All these stars are for the manager Alma. What a great personality n upbeat spirit. I had a less than stellar experience that she personally turned around. I think the issue w this location per say is the employees. Most of them don't want to work n just get orders out without a care. I truly believe once this location weeds out the employees who shouldn't be there this location will exceed in all aspects. I for one will return but only if Alma is working bc she will get it done right no matter the issue.

It's smaller than most McDonald's but that's not a bad thing. Clean and friendly staff, they are definitely working hard. I appreciate you guys. I used to live in Wapato so it's nice to see a major chain here. There are comments about how the food taste the same as other locations and to that I say...duh. Was it supposed to taste like a competitor? Anyways keep up the great work!

It's a cute smaller version of McDonald's everyone knows it to be, only thing is it could've been built maybe a little bit bigger. 😕 It's too compact and hardly any moving space to wait on your food. Kiosk are one sided due to limited space. If they do an upgrade than maybe it'll be built a little bigger and it'll be awesome for everyone to come and go without being squished into a small setting. Food is getting better as they get the hang of making the food due to new employees. Other than that I'm glad we have a new McDonald's in Wapato Washington.

Got really cold food and my girl chose not to eat it. I was excited to new McDonald’s but seems like the cooks aren’t trained and just give cold food
