Great location. Wonderful customer service team. Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, beautiful outdoor scene. Located close enough for a scenic drive from Grand Rapids to the Western Michigan Lake front. Delicious food, hot and fresh. Coffee was perfectly brewed. Definitely appreciate a Big Mac meal I can eat with my eyes before my pallet has the opportunity to. Top notch Mickey D's experience, all around! Great to see smiles upon entry and exit. Left full from lunch, and ready for the rest of my day. 😁

Edit: I came back after this last experience and got a giant egg shell in my sandwich! And waited over 10 minutes to be helped out with my nasty sandwhich. I ordered breakfast before it ended but since I showed up at 10:33 I came to the drive through and she said she canceled my order because breakfast is over. Now I have to wait a week to get my money back. Extremely disappointed.

Two cars were in front of me and my order took over 25 minutes. Meanwhile 4 employees were standing in front of the entrance vaping. Went inside to talk to a manager who was extremely condescending and only asked if my food was cold. This is the second time in my life I’ve ever asked to speak to a manager and both times were at this location. My daughter’s sauce was missing and her happy meal was missing fries. My burger bun was burnt. I avoid this location even though it’s the most convenient.

Food is usually hot and fresh. The redone interior is nice and usually pretty clean too! Word to the wise though: always check you order before you pull away from the drive through. This location does have a bad habit of forgetting part of the order.

Is night shift high? This food was AWFUL! I’m so pissed right now!! I went to open my chicken nuggets, happy ready to eat them only to be upset, they LOOK dry and old! My burger looked like two bottoms. Wasn’t even hot! Fries were old tasting!
