McDonald's

The last three times I’ve been to this McDonalds in the span of 2 weeks my order hasn’t been right. *These all occurred with online orders* The first time I went inside to pick up my food and they didn’t give me my drink. No big deal, I’ll just wait until someone comes back up to the front to ask for it. 20 minutes went by and no one came up to the front. I watched the girl who gave me my order take my drink and move it somewhere else. I waited inside for probably 20 minutes before I decided to just get in the drive thru to ask for it. It took 30 minutes from the time I got to the speaker to the window to get my drink. *I totally understand the wait times if it’s at rush hour, and/or if they’re understaffed. I just feel like it shouldn’t be this hard to get my drink* The second time I did

They’re on top of it half the time….. But this? What a joke… I didn’t even have a special order, like I requested nothing lol…. Just a McDouble… I guess they decided I wanted extra pickles… 11 pickles……

Had a very bad experience at this McDonalds. My daughter and I waited 45 minutes in drive through one Friday night. We waited that long only to receive cold food. I called spoke to the manager about it, all she could say was “we were short staffed”. I can’t think of any customers that want to hear that BS.

My kids school had a charity night here and the kids were involved with serving food to the customers. The staff did a great job pumping out the orders and the kids would take it to the tables. Nice night for a good cause.

Clean up the place!! Place is dirty as hell! Seating area is sticky and dirty. Tables are filthy. Kitchen prep area is dirty with food all over the floor. Kids managing the place that can hardly execute an order properly. Stale buns. Stale fries. Greasy patties. Urgh. Never again. I’ve had better from McDonald’s.
