I waited at the window for 20 minutes to get this. I did ask for extra mustard and that I got. I actually had to wipe some mustard off my burger to be able to eat it. I probably wouldn’t leave a complain if it was simply the sauce. Accidents happen the bottle could have been new, but to wait so long when only 1 other car was there, while I watched 3 of the employees talking to a “customer” hanging out at the counter. The service and wait time at this location is always terrible

This McDonalds is consistently horrible. The service is non existent, the food always tastes old and cold, they are always out of things, the workers have horrible attitudes and ALWAYS forget something in my bag. I don’t eat inside often but every time I have gone in, the tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. I’ve waited at the speaker box in the drive thru for a long time multiple times and I pull up to the first window and nobody is there and so I go to the next one and try to place my order and they always get an attitude and say that’s what the speaker box is for. Well guess what, it’s impossible to place your order when nobody answers. I understand it’s fast food and you shouldn’t expect much but there should be at least some level of professionalism and a baseline of customer

My wife and I arrived here for a quick bite Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at 4:30PM. We walked in, and we were immediately amazed at HOW FILTHY the Lobby was. They were not busy, the drive-through was empty, and the crew members were all just standing around. The Manager was just leaning against the equipment on their phone. There were French Fries scattered all over the floor around and under a table in the lobby, napkins on the floor, empty straw wrappers, and the floors were just filthy. No one was cleaning, no one was doing anything but on their phone. After ordering food, the French Fries were actually fairly fresh, which is why the food got a 3 Star because the Filet-o-fish we received was very old and dry. I have had worse, but not by much. We came through the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 10 min and no one would speak to take our order. Thinking something must be wrong with the speaker, we continued on to the drive up window. No one there. We then drove up to the pick up window. A girl opened the window and we told her we would like to order some food bc no one would speak to us at the speaker. The girl rolled her eyes and an another employee made a comment to the co worker, “don’t you love that” . Very poor service. We came through on Sunday afternoon right at 1:00 pm Dec 21.

I have been to McDonalds in many places and I they have all made mistakes because mistakes happen and I understand that but this McDonalds in Vilonia has got to be the worst. If you go through the drive through, 95% of the time you wait there to order for up to if not over 30 minutes and that’s with only a couple cars in the drive through. If you order online and go through the drive through, they cannot find the code/order and you end up having to come in. The food, more times than not, is cold. Perfect example of cold food is the fries and chicken McNuggets. The McMuffin is so hard and tough. Today we ordered pancakes and they did not give us any syrup. Why would you think a person would want pancakes without syrup and no my wife did not tell them “no syrup.” Everyone makes mistakes but
