McDonald's

This is not the first time these employees have been rude. Today it was the manager on duty. We ordered one of their biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were not even covered in gravy. I would like to note we ordered about 10:20. After getting our food it was close to 10:30. I showed the manager the biscuits, and asked if they were out of gravy, she checked and they still had some left. Now I would have understood if they were out, but that wasn't the case. Upon asking her if they could add some, her reply is that the gravy was on the side. And added she would have to charge me for more. Now breakfast was pretty much over and you can't just fix it with no fuss. This is don't understand! Not only that but it was the small order and was close to $5.00, when many mcdonald's it is a lit

Typical McDonald's food which was fine but they clocked out our order to save their on time stats, which we be okay but then they lost our order and several other people. They also were very slow despite plenty of staff, some just wandering around like they had nothing to do on the middle of a lunch rush.

The service was good and friendly, but the food was atrocious. I even had to wait (longer than you should) and my burger was dry and the chicken was old. I travel through places for work and unfortunately a lot of places like this are the only option I have. I'll never stop here again.

The fries are sometimes not very fresh, which is fine but they usually take a long time to actually order your food and it seems like every McDonald's gets at least one thing on your order wrong.. forget something or whatever it may be so they should honestly pay more attention to the customers and also the tickets when they are putting the orders together. Either way, but it isn't so bad.. just a little busy always so it takes a little bit of time.

Service is consistently bad. Even when given slow and articulate order instructions multiple aspects of your order will likely be incorrect. The staff at this location have no desire to improve and never fail to disappoint.
