McDonald’s

Honestly? This is the same as any other McDonalds. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times, and yeah, the service and food varies. What did you expect? I’ve never experienced anything super wrong with the order, and they are functioning equally well to the local franchises. To sum up, this isnt a bad McDonalds (as other reviews and the star rating indicates), its just that the standard for McDonalds is not that high. So what!

This is easily, our favorite McDonald’s location. The inside is spotless, super clean, employees are kind, and our food is always fresh and good. Definitely recommend

This is a cool and convenient location. The inside is modern and clean. Food was served quickly and are order was correct.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a fish sandwich meal. Medium sized. I didn’t order a number off the menu. I said “fish sandwich meal with ketchup for the fries. At the pickup window i was handed a chicken nugget meal. I returned it. The manager man came over accusing me of not ordering properly. He was rude and accusatory. After I was handed the correct meal I found I wasn’t given ketchup. I walked into the store to be met again with the manager who declared again, that they did nothing wrong. He stated “i didn’t mess up your meal “. For a new business in an affluent area they better get themselves a manager with interpersonal skills and better customer service

The food was quickly and well prepared. Fries were hot and well salted. The most striking thing about this location is when you dine in. It is the most soulless McDonald’s, or any restaurant for that matter, that I have ever experienced. I’d call the style “brutalist-lite.” Concrete walls and almost no color. The dining room is so sparse, there is no menu behind a register, there are no drink fountains, no condiments, no napkins even. Presumably you have to ask for those all separately. It really feels like it’s designed to get you in and out of there ASAP.
