McDonald's

I have ordered from this location many many times before I left a review. Everything is great except for the fact that they very often they get the order wrong. At the location its easily taken care of but when you are paying the higher prices for delivery you would think that it would be more throughly checked. Unfortunately that is not the situation and many times items are missing and wrong. I have made many attempts to notify the location but yet the problem persists.

I use to love this McDonald . The last time I went it was bad the food was cold the soda taste flat .. So tonight I said let me try it again.. it was the same I got a Big Mac meal the sandwich had old lettuce the Bun was hard .. My fries were so cold and my soda taste flat .i will never go back here .

Everytime I order here from my McDonald's app (delivery) (atleast 4x now) my special order is NEVER right even though I pay $1.36 extra for slice of cheese and a squirt of mayo or tartar. Really need to get it together if you're going to charge that much for an extra slice of cheese.

I like coming here because this McDonald's is always clean, welcoming and the service is fast, but this particular day the only problem for me was the way im assuming was a manager talking to her employees she seem to had been in a bad mood and looked aggravated and she was shouting at the employees and that was not cool at all. I mean, I know that everyone has their day but treat your employees as you would like to be treated with respect, besides that its ok.

Completely got my order wrong. Asked for a McChicken with no lettuce and only mayo. Was dry, nothing on it. Asked for a double cheeseburger plain, with just cheese on it. Got it with no cheese. The receipt said all of this. The stickers on the wrappers said it. Then I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it. I was pressed for time so I couldn't go back. Worse service ever.
