Breakfast was great, the iced caramel coffee that was made for me was absolutely perfect. Whoever worked today 2/18/2026 at 7:48, you guys are the truth. Even tho it sounded like you were short handed you guys still did your ish!!! Thanks! Jake

This McDonald's is nasty I got a McDouble $5 meal deal and when I got the food I always check my burgers so I lift up the bun its soft and mushy and when I check the patty it's separating on one side and wasn't crispy it looked like it was not cooked also they wrap in inside out and they gave me a busted sweet and sour sauce it's all over the bag just nasty they need to do better.

I don’t know who the woman is behind the counter that handed over my fries but she’s handling business! I came in on my lunch break to grab some fries that I ordered in the app. I let her know that I’d set my pick up for drive thru but needed to come in for the sake of time. She shouted “She’s on her lunch break and y’all are moving too slow” handed me my piping hot ores and got me right out the door! 😂 Thank you ma’am!

McDonalds of Union City, I am sadly disgusted. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include nuggets but I received tartar sauce?

I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s (4605 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA). I ordered a simple combo, and they got it wrong. My order was missing fries and sauce. The strawberry milkshake tasted bad. The restrooms smelled very bad and were not clean. The staff was rude and not helpful. Overall, the service and food were poor. I will not be coming back.
