McDonald's

Went there Christmas Eve night around 7:20, placed a curbside pick up order and it said Someone was preparing it, all of the lights were off and no one would answer the phone, saw a janitor in the drive through window. Ended up going to Wendy’s across the street. Claims to still be open. All the lights were off but signs were on. People tried to go through the drive through because the menus were still on… no luck

I came to order the new hot honey chicken meal at 9:30pm and there was a girl at the window with a huge attitude but I payed it no mind i got my food went home and open up my box to a plain regular chicken sandwich with a squirt of mayo I came back to the McDonald’s and ask for my right sandwich because I pay to have good service and the item I order I come and they give me the right sandwich but just forgot the bacon I come and just ask for the bacon soon as the girl from the window see me she starts screaming from the back saying it’s right we just made it and says it’s only missing 3 pieces of bacon and continue to prove my point that they was giving me the wrong order on purpose there needs to be a class on how to handle customer service I live in the area and come here often never bee

I've been to this location a bunch of times as is convenient to hopping on and off the I-290. The location is generally cleaner than most and the service is typically acceptable. I have had a couple issues over the years with a custom order being incorrect. For example cheese on a double hamburger or onions on a burger when I asked for none, but substantially they are correct on order accuracy. The location was updated within the last couple years so it's still fresh. My one and complaint worth mentioning, is for whatever reason their napkins smell like mold or mildew to me. Like they were stored somewhere that got wet. They look and feel fine though. Napkins at other McDonald's are not like this. They should take a look at their supply, as people are wiping their mouths with them.

The dining room has a nice feel. The furniture is set up nicely and the lighting is unique. The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. The men's room in particular.

Very friendly staff, especially the one girl that works the drive-through window. Always cheerful and friendly and tells you to have an amazing day. Even the people that give your food tell to have a good day. Much different than other locations that I've been to. The only thing that I've noticed that's inconsistent is the amount of fries that they give you in your large fries and that's been disappointing. Food has been good and I come here a lot. Had to wait in the drive thru for a lot longer than I should have today though. They don't seem to pull people around much
